Executive Physicals

Many of our patients have told us, “I have never had a physical that was this thorough”. Here is what happens: Each patient is asked to complete an extensive medical history form. This is reviewed with the patient by our providers so we can familiarize ourselves with everything about your past and current health needs. Prior to this physical, your previous medical records will have been reviewed. A thorough head-to-toe physical is then done including a pap smear for women and prostate exam for men. Following the physical, one of our providers will sit down with you and review all the diagnostic tests we have performed on the day of and prior to the physical.

Such testing includes an extensive lab report including genetics, vision screening, electrocardiogram, lung function capacity, carotid artery scan, and body composition analysis. Following the diagnostic discussion, one of our providers will make recommendations for your overall health and well-being based on your individual needs and findings. This could include suggesting specific nutraceuticals (medical grade nutritional supplements), or prescription medication and lifestyle modification.

Cardiovascular Risk Assessments

Through our advanced training in the evidenced-based BaleDoneen METHOD®, we evaluate your risk through genetics, vascular imaging, advanced diagnostic blood testing and an extensive history and physical to give you an individualized risk assessment and treatment plan. This assessment is state-of-the art. We can show objective data on how cholesterol plaque can be reversed! Through this method, we can truly save lives!
50% of patients that have heart attacks have a normal cholesterol! It is not all about the cholesterol. One can be the perfect weight, be a nonsmoker, exercise regularly, eat healthy, have normal blood pressure and cholesterol and still have a heart attack or stroke. Advanced Lab Testing

Genetic cancer screening*: Proactive blood testing that will give insight into any important cancer risk that you may have based on your DNA. Any identified risk can then be more thoroughly monitored and explored.

Active cancer testing*: We are proud to offer Galleri® Multi-Cancer Early Detection blood testing. This ground-breaking lab test looks for more than 50 types of active cancer in your body. It can identify which organ system has cancer, often prior to you developing symptoms.

Micronutrient Testing*: Through this blood test, we can identify exactly what vitamins or minerals you are deficient in and supplement them accordingly.

 Food Intolerances*: This blood test identifies any foods that you may be intolerant to. Intolerances can cause weight gain, bloating, fatigue, reduced immunity and inflammation.

Hormone Optimization

Hormone evaluations for men and women are part of our executive physical. We treat with bioidentical hormones in many forms including BioTE®  hormone pellets* and peptide therapy.

Whole-Body MRI

We offer our members exclusive access to a state-of-the-art imaging center that performs whole-body MRI. This cutting-edge technology allows us to detect aneurysms, asymptomatic cancers, and other health conditions you need to be aware of. With this tool, we can identify cancer tumors as small as 1.0 cm in size. Early identification can decrease the need for aggressive treatments and improve long-term outcomes. This type of MRI is new to DFW and is a large step forward in detecting cancers and serious health concerns prior to symptoms developing.

Acute and Chronic Care

As primary care physicians, we are basically a one-stop shop for all your health care needs, from treating colds and flus, minor injuries, and gender specific issues to managing high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and other chronic illnesses. In addition, we provide skin cancer screening, acne treatment, wart removal, minor skin excisions and repairs and provide recommendations for healthier skin.  We will facilitate specialist referrals when needed.
